WaterMarble(이하 “본 앱”)은 개인 개발자가 만든 알림 표시 유틸리티입니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 무엇을 기기 밖으로 내보내는지 설명합니다.

1. 알림 내용 접근 (기기 밖으로 나가지 않음)

본 앱은 Android의 알림 접근 권한(Notification Access, BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE)을 사용합니다. 이 권한은 본 앱의 핵심 기능 — 수신된 알림을 화면 상단에 물방울로 표시하는 것 — 을 위해서만 사용됩니다.

• 본 앱은 알림의 앱 이름, 아이콘, 제목, 본문, 발생 시각을 읽습니다.
• 이 정보는 기기의 메모리에서만 사용되며, 물방울이 사라지면 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 본 앱은 알림 내용을 어떤 서버로도 전송하지 않고, 저장하지 않으며, 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. 개발자도 이 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
• 알림 접근 권한은 Android 설정에서 언제든지 해제할 수 있습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

사용자가 설정 화면에서 고른 값(표시 언어, 물방울 크기와 개수, 기울기 옵션, 제외/허용할 앱 목록, 프리미엄 구매 여부)은 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 광고 (무료 버전)

무료 버전은 설정 화면 하단 배너와 앱 종료 시 전면 광고를 표시하며, 이를 위해 Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)을 사용합니다. AdMob은 광고를 제공하고 성과를 측정하기 위해 다음을 수집·공유할 수 있습니다.

• 광고 ID(Advertising ID) 등 기기 식별자
• IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적인 위치

이 데이터는 Google이 수집하며 본 앱 개발자는 접근하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 파트너 사이트 및 앱에서의 데이터 사용을 참고하세요. Android 설정 > 개인 정보 보호 > 광고에서 광고 ID를 초기화하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 프리미엄을 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

물방울 자체에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

4. 결제

프리미엄 잠금 해제는 Google Play 결제로 처리됩니다. 본 앱은 카드번호 등 결제 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않으며, 구매 여부만 기기에 기록합니다.

5. 아동

본 앱은 만 16세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

6. 계정 및 데이터 삭제

본 앱은 계정을 만들지 않고 서버에 사용자 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

7. 변경

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 갱신된 내용과 수정일을 게시합니다.

WaterMarble (“the App”) is a notification-display utility made by an independent developer. This policy explains what the App handles and what, if anything, leaves your device.

1. Notification access (never leaves your device)

The App uses Android’s Notification Access permission (BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE). It is used solely for the App’s core feature: showing incoming notifications as water marbles at the top of your screen.

• The App reads each notification’s app name, icon, title, body text and post time.
• This information is used in device memory only and is discarded when the marble disappears.
• The App never transmits, stores or shares notification content with any server or third party. The developer cannot see it.
• You can revoke notification access at any time in Android settings.

2. Data stored on your device

Your settings (display language, marble size and count, tilt options, per-app exclude/allow lists, premium purchase state) are stored in the App’s private storage on your device only, and are removed when you uninstall the App.

3. Advertising (free version)

The free version shows a banner at the bottom of the settings screen and an interstitial ad when you leave the App, served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and share:

• Device or other identifiers, including the Advertising ID
• Approximate location inferred from IP address

This data is collected by Google; the developer of this App does not have access to it. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads, and purchasing Premium removes all ads.

No ads are ever shown inside the marbles themselves.

4. Payments

The Premium unlock is processed by Google Play Billing. The App does not collect or store payment details; it only records whether the purchase was made.

5. Children

The App targets users aged 16 and over and is not directed at children.

6. Accounts and data deletion

The App has no accounts and keeps no user data on any server. Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on the device.

If this policy changes, the updated text and revision date will be posted on this page.
